A Holistic Approach to Health and Well-Being

I’m here to help you understand the root cause of your symptoms, using functional testing to find the answers that have often been missing and work with you to establish balance in your body, mind, and spirit. Our body’s have an internal compass, with a true north that points towards health. This natural direction can be encouraged through good nutrition, therapeutic supplements and supportive lifestyle choices that allow us to thrive.

For the journey

Every healing journey begins by being seen and heard. You are not your symptoms and how you got to where you are now is the important first step in understanding how to re-establish harmony. It could be calming inflammation or correcting hormonal imbalances or losing stubborn weight. It may be that you would like to improve your energy levels or ease aches and pains. No matter what your symptom and what your story is, the journey towards wellness begins with our first conversation.

Sometimes life affects us

in ways we don’t realise

We don’t always understand the impact that key events can have in our lives. It can be a surprise for example, to learn how sudden bereavement left unexpressed, could later lead to high blood pressure or heart palpitations. We may learn from bitter experience how staying in a relationship we’ve outgrown can lead to chronic fatigue or depression. I’m here to help you join the dots of the many reasons that dis-ease has appeared and work with you to create healthy ways to restore balance.

3 Levels of Health

1Mind

Our thoughts, emotions and attitude to life can play a key role in the chemical messages that we send to our bodies.

2Body

Our body is our best friend. The appearance of physical symptoms is a cue to look closely at imbalances in our emotional, mental or spiritual life. Physical dis-ease is the main signal to get us to stop and make different choices.

3Spirit

We all have a sense of purpose. When we lose meaning and purpose in our lives our emotional and physical health can begin to decline.
