1 tin of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp ground cumin / paprika / curry powder (the choice is yours)
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil, Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200C / fan 180C.
- Put the chickpeas on a lined baking try.
- Sprinkle them with cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the maple syrup, lemon juice and olive oil, stirring well to coat.
- Bake for about 45 mins until they are nice and crunchy.
